A leading global financial services firm is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to join their team on an ongoing basis.
Location: Mayfair, Office-based.
The Role: Executive Assistant duties will include but not be limited to:
- Extensive diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Reconciling expenses
- Supporting a range of individuals from analysts to MD level
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Be available for ongoing temp work and not seeking a permanent opportunity
- Highly professional and adaptable in nature
- Demonstrated experience as an EA in a similar corporate environment, including finance, consulting, tech or commercial sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Concur or Salesforce is desirable but not essential
