Office Facilities Role

This is an exciting Facilities Assistant opportunity for someone looking to build their career in office operations, facilities, workplace experience, or business support. As a key member of the close‑knit Administration Team, responsibilities include:

  • Opening and preparing the office each morning to ensure a safe and organised environment
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming workplace, including meeting rooms and communal areas
  • Managing office supplies, stock, deliveries, catering, and facilities requests
  • Supporting meeting setups, events, and visitor experience
  • Maintaining facilities records and acting as a first point of contact for queries
  • Providing general office support, reception cover, and ad‑hoc assistance when required

Candidate Specification

  • Experience in hospitality, reception, customer service, events, or office support preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional approach
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Facilities or office administration experience beneficial but not essential
