VWA is looking for talented and ambitious Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, and Team Assistants. For 35 years VWA has been recruiting elite PAs, EAs and office support staff. With an established client base in the financial sector, we work with leading financial institutions including boutique Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Private Equity, and Venture Capital firms. We also partner with companies and organisations in Professional Services, Real Estate, Charities, and Creative / Arts industries.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management and scheduling
  • Inbox management
  • Arranging domestic and international travel
  • Processing expenses
  • Day-to-day office operations and admin
  • Other ad-hoc administration as required

About you:

  • Prior experience as an EA, PA, Team Assistant, or other business support role is beneficial but in some cases is appropriate for entry level candidates
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Be able to operate with high levels of discretion
  • A collaborative and 'muck-in' nature
  • A flexible attitude
