A boutique private equity firm based in the heart of Soho is looking for an experienced, solutions-driven Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy CEO in a collaborative, fast-paced private equity environment. The Executive Assistant will manage complex diary and travel coordination, and have oversight of the CEO's inbox. This role will also mentor a junior member of the support team.
Responsibilities- Provide executive support to the CEO
- Complex diary management
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Inbox management for the CEO
- Mentor a junior member of the team, assisting with their learning & development
- General administrative support
- Previous EA experience is essential
- Experience supporting at C-suite or executive level is highly desirable
- Collaborative and muck-in approach

- Strong IT skills alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary up to £85K, dependent on experience plus discretionary bonus. Core hours are 9am-5.30pm. Fully office-based. Offices located in Soho.
