The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.
Manage and develop all aspects of the bar and catering operations across the Theatres Service under the direction of the Front of House Manager in a manner which is based on industry best practice, and which complies with relevant policy and regulatory frameworks.
Work closely with Front of House Duty Manager to maximise the existing bar and catering income and identify opportunities for new revenue.
