Salary & Employment Terms:

  • Hourly: $36.00 to $44.00 (to be negotiated)
  • Work hours: 40 hours per week
  • Shift options: Early morning, morning, day, evening
  • Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Hire and supervise subcontractors
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
  • Read blueprints, schemas and drawings
  • Prepare reports

Supervision: 5–10 people

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in construction site management
  • Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools
  • Transportation: Willing to travel
  • Work conditions: Fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, large caseload
  • Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgment, organized, team player, values and ethics, accountability
