Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Hire and supervise subcontractors
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
- Read blueprints, schemas and drawings
- Prepare reports
Supervision: 5–10 people
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in construction site management
- Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools
- Transportation: Willing to travel
- Work conditions: Fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, large caseload
- Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgment, organized, team player, values and ethics, accountability
