As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.

The Role

Based from our Chelsea or Tunbridge Wells offices, you will take ownership of multiple concurrent fireplace and flue installation projects from initial design stage through to practical completion. Working closely with our internal sales, technical design and project coordination teams, you will be the driving force behind delivering complex projects to the exacting standards our clients expect. You will be the key point of contact across a wide portfolio of projects, including prime London residential properties, new build developments, and listed country houses and estates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple live projects simultaneously, from design stage to practical completion
  • Coordinate and programme works across internal teams including sales, technical design and installation coordinators
  • Liaise directly with architects, interior designers, project managers and private clients
  • Monitor programme, budgets and quality on site, proactively managing risks and resolving issues
  • Attend site visits across London and the Home Counties, ensuring installations meet specification and programme
  • Produce and maintain project documentation, including programmes, risk registers and progress reports
  • Manage subcontractors and specialist trades as required
  • Ensure all works comply with relevant building regulations, listed building consents and health & safety requirements

About You

  • Proven background in site management or project management within the high-quality residential sector
  • Significant experience delivering complex projects in prime London and/or country house environments
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently across different stages
  • Confident communicating with architects, interior designers, clients and site teams at all levels
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, specialist environment
  • Knowledge of listed building and heritage projects is a strong advantage
  • Experience in the fireplace, flue or related M&E/specialist fit-out sector is desirable but not essential

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to join a fast-growing, specialist business with an outstanding reputation
  • A varied and stimulating project portfolio spanning London’s finest residential and hospitality schemes
