Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and ordering office supplies and teaching resources for staff and student activities
- Help create and manage purchase and payment requests within specific budgets
- Handle online transactions and address inquiries or complaints related to purchases
- Maintain the imprest system and provide after-sales support, including fixed asset maintenance
- Support the Finance department with data reconciliation, invoice verification, and reporting for student activities
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Procurement, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure
