We are looking for a Showroom Manager who is ready to take the plunge and lead our fantastic Formby team. What’s the Role?
- Leading the Stream: Managing and motivating a small, friendly team to ensure they’re reaching their targets and providing expert advice.
- The Perfect Finish: Ensuring the showroom looks immaculate— from our luxury suites to our designer radiators—so customers can truly envision their dream space.
- Smooth Operations: Overseeing our ‘Collect From Store’ service, coordinating with our dispatch warehouse, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile (and the right parcel!).
