12mth FTC Administrative Assistant - Private Equity

£35-42k plus bonus and benefits. West End. Excellent benefits package

We are working with a highly successful Private Equity firm with a super friendly and supportive culture, who are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their close-knit team on a 12mth FTC.

Working closely with, and under the guidance of their Executive Assistants, you will support a small team of Analysts and VPs with diary, travel, meeting and expense management. This role includes Front of House cover on Fridays and is within a team who work closely together to ensure the smooth running of the office.

This is a superb learning opportunity for someone keen to gain experience within the private equity industry. Open on previous industry experience, this is a role for someone who is keen and quick to learn, ambitious, driven, and willing to grow within the role and business. Candidate profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years office-based support experience
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence, professional judgement, and discretion
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to manage competing demands and expectations
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
