Join a highly successful established Property firm in their lovely Mayfair office, supporting the Director and wider team. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Team Assistant, looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll work alongside high performing, professional and supportive colleagues, undertaking a myriad of tasks to ensure day to day business lives run seamlessly.

Working from their stunning Mayfair office, the Team Assistant will be the ‘go to’ coordinating diaries and schedules, organising global travel and itineraries, event coordination, project work and more!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary management, booking internal/external meetings and managing last-minute changes efficiently.
  • Organising travel (flights, hotels, transfers) and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Processing expenses, raising purchase orders and managing invoices.
  • Coordinating logistics for client events, internal socials, away days, and industry networking functions.
  • Acting as the central support for team logistics, troubleshooting issues and ordering office supplies.
  • Assisting with pitch preparation, ad hoc research and projects.
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and assisting with team queries.
