A discreet HNWI family is seeking an exceptional Private PA to provide seamless, high-touch support within a fully staffed private household.

The main Principal is Founder/CEO within the Financial Services industry, and this role will work closely with the business Executive Assistant to ensure complete alignment across personal and professional priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full oversight and coordination of a staffed household
  • Acting as the central point of contact for all household operations and day-to-day logistics
  • Managing private travel and complex itineraries, including aviation arrangements (jets, helicopters, international travel)
  • Supporting family schedules and wider lifestyle management
  • Handling personal administration, inbox management and high-touch communication
  • Organising private events, appointments, errands and ongoing projects within the home
  • Ensuring the household runs smoothly with calm, structure and discretion at all times.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A seasoned Private PA with UHNW experience
  • London based and willing to travel to West London up to 5 times per week
  • Highly organised, discreet and concierge-minded
  • Calm, polished and confident managing multiple moving parts
