A leading global Private Equity firm is seeking a polished and proactive Private PA to support the Private Office of the Founder.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a world-class private office, providing broad support across personal and business matters. You’ll manage complex diaries and travel, coordinate logistics, and assist with ad hoc projects while collaborating with a small, experienced EA team.
Key Responsibilities
Diary and travel management for the Founder and Private Office team
Coordinate and manage personal and corporate expenses, reconciliations, and approvals
Handle the purchase and delivery of personal and family gifts
Plan and oversee private dinners, parties, and office offsites, including budgets and logistics
Maintain car and boat schedules and manage wine and cigar inventories
Support the Senior Executive Assistant with inbox management and administrative follow-up
Skills and Attributes Required
Proven EA or PA experience in a professional or financial services environment
Exceptionally polished, socially confident, and eager to learn
Hands‐on, proactive, and detail‐oriented
Positive attitude and professional presence
Fixed Term Contract to January 2027, with potential to become permanent
Hours: 8:30am–6:00pm (with flexibility including occasional evening or weekend support)
Hybrid: At least two days per week in the office, with flexibility to increase as needed
