Job Description PA to two Directors – Executive office, leading UK firm £30-35k plus bonus and benefits Mayfair office Flexible working and 1 day WFH Sociable, super friendly and collaborative team We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging PA to work in the vibrant and buzzy Executive office for leading Property development and materials company, supporting two approachable Directors and working closely with the extremely personable EA to the CEO who will act as a support and mentor. You will be based in their executive office in Mayfair, just walking distance of Bond Street and Green Park station. The role will encompass full PA support, including extensive diary management, organising travel and processing expenses. You will book client dinners and restaurants and support the organisation of client events and company travel. Required experience: – Some PA or Team PA experience, including a good understanding of diary and outlook management. Proactive and hardworking attitude, willingness to learn. Excellent written and spoken English.
