Join a highly successful property firm in the West End, supporting two dynamic Founding Partners in a fast-paced yet welcoming and collaborative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to work alongside inspirational leaders, providing full executive support while enjoying a flexible and people-focused culture. Based in stunning offices with a hardworking yet approachable team of 35, the PA will be at the heart of the business, ensuring the Partners' schedules run seamlessly and enabling them to focus on high-level strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Comprehensive PA support to two Founding Partners, managing complex global diaries and ever-changing schedules.
- Global travel arrangements including visas, itineraries, and logistics for international conferences.
- Meeting preparation – ensuring the Partners are fully briefed, on time, and where they need to be.
- Personal support to one of the Partners, assisting with occasional lifestyle tasks.
- Acting as a gatekeeper while maintaining strong working relationships across the firm and with external stakeholders.
- A bright, proactive, and highly organised PA with exceptional diary management skills.
- Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
