Assistant / Project Coordinator, £40k-£50k + benefits. West End

Global Executive Search & Leadership Advisory Firm. 2 Days WFH

We are working with a highly successful global executive search and leadership advisory firm, who are hiring an Assistant / Project Coordinator to join their growing London office. Working at the heart of a busy and successful team, you will provide broad administrative and project support to Consultants and Researchers, help to coordinate high-profile executive search assignments and keep projects moving forward. Previous executive search experience is not required; they are looking for someone with a minimum of 18 months' office experience who is bright, proactive, highly organised, and keen to learn.

Duties include:

  • Coordination of candidate, client, and internal interviews across multiple time zones
  • Complex diary management and scheduling for senior team members
  • Organisation of travel arrangements
  • Coordination of virtual and in-person meetings
  • Supporting executive search and consulting assignments, including preparation of client reports
  • Producing and editing high-quality Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials
  • Drafting, proofreading, and coordinating professional correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate information across the firm's CRM and internal systems
  • Supporting the EA/Office Manager with events, marketing initiatives, and strategic projects
  • Providing wider administrative and operational support across the London team

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 18 months' office-based experience, ideally as an Assistant, Team Coordinator or Project Coordinator
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written communication, proofreading, and document production skills
  • Confident, professional communicator, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, resourceful and solutions focused
  • Excellent attention to detail and committed to producing high-quality work
  • Comfortable working at pace within a busy, deadline-driven environment
  • Discreet, professional, and able to exercise sound judgement
  • Ambitious, keen to learn and looking for a role offering genuine career development

Salary & benefits:
