A global consultancy based in the City of London is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator with a salary range of £30-45k plus discretionary bonus and benefits. The role offers a hybrid working model with 2 days working from home.
This position involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, leading European internship programmes, and maintaining recruitment collateral while partnering closely with hiring managers. The role also requires proactive candidate sourcing and ownership of DEI initiatives, along with flexible support for wider HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational hiring support: Collaborate with hiring managers to shape and execute effective recruitment processes, configure roles within the ATS, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure seamless hiring.
- Candidate outreach: Actively identify and engage prospective talent through various platforms.
- Recruitment marketing: Oversee global recruitment materials, job adverts, and careers site content, ensuring they remain consistent and aligned with company brand.
- Internship coordination: Manage European internship programmes from start to finish, including CV screening, candidate communication, and onboarding.
- DEI initiatives: Drive and support diversity and inclusion efforts across offices, delivering work experience weeks, and building DEI partnerships in European offices.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 2-3 years recruitment or relevant administrative experience, ideally within Financial, FTSE, or Professional Services.
- Highly organised, proactive, and pragmatic, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a values-led approach to fostering positive team dynamics.
- Genuine passion for shaping inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace environments.
- Strong written and spoken English; European languages would be beneficial.
