A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join a boutique private equity firm based in the West End. This Executive Assistant role sits within the Investment Team, supporting 4–5 investment professionals. The structure is flat, with a low-ego, genuinely collaborative feel, and workloads are balanced carefully across the EA team.
Your responsibilities:
- ~80% complex diary and travel management (fast-paced, ever-changing across the UK and Europe)
- ~20% projects and events, working closely with the wider team
- ~ Acting as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless, proactive support
- ~ Contributing to a high-performing, positive, and sociable team culture
