We are looking for someone with strong financial and operational experience who enjoys working across multiple projects and collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and clients in an international environment. In this role, you will take ownership of the financial processes that underpin project and business performance. The role combines responsibility for invoicing, accounts management and financial reporting with broader commercial support across fee proposals, contact administration, business planning, and operational improvement. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working with financial and operational data, whilst also being interested in understanding how projects, clients, and businesses perform and grow.
Candidate profile:
- 3-5 years’ experience in financial operations, accounts management, commercial administration or similar role
- Proven experience managing invoicing and accounts receivable processes from end to end
- Strong financial literacy and confidence producing, analysing and interpreting financial reports
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling
- Commercially aware with an interest in understanding project and business performance
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients, consultants and senior stakeholders
- Proactive, resourceful and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Previous exposure to architecture, interior design, hospitality, luxury brands, real estate or other creative professional services businesses would be advantageous
