A prestigious global company, known for its excellence in craftsmanship and innovation, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of its London office. This hands-on role covers facilities management, compliance, maintenance, and office logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient building operations and compliance with health & safety regulations (HSAW, COSHH).
- Conduct fire alarm tests, coordinate evacuations, and maintain safety documentation.
- Monitor and maintain building infrastructure, proactively addressing issues.
- Supervise reception/facilities staff and provide reception cover when required.
- Oversee mail distribution, courier dispatch, and corporate stationery supplies.
- Act as a key holder and first point of contact for call-outs.
- Assist senior staff and departments as needed, including logistics and office moves.
