Victoria Lindfield Associates is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a global financial services business located in the City of London. This senior, technically-skilled role will lead all hard and soft services, vendor relationships, and H&S compliance for the London office.

Salaries & Benefits

Pay range: £65,000 – £80,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus. Benefits include pension, private medical and dental (including dependents), gym membership discount, and travel insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all vendor contracts, services, and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, UPS, etc.) through third-party providers
  • Manage the delivery of soft services including cleaning, catering, and office support
  • Act as the main liaison with the landlord and building management, resolving issues and coordinating projects
  • Lead facilities projects, including blackout testing and capital improvements
  • Implement maintenance programs, track performance metrics, and maintain documentation systems, contracts, and schedules
  • Space planning
  • Budget and cost management

The Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years’ experience in a Facilities Management role, preferably within financial or professional services
  • Strong working knowledge of building maintenance and plant systems, including BMS, HVAC, UPS, transfer switches, and electrical systems
  • Recognised Facilities Management / H&S qualifications, such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or IWFM
  • Demonstrated ability to project-manage plant maintenance and facilities engineering projects, including direct oversight of technical activities
