Private Jet Broker – Mayfair. £40,000 to £60,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £100,000+)

We are partnering with a leading private aviation charter business in Mayfair to hire a Private Jet Broker to support and grow an established HNWI/UHNWI client base.
This is a rare opportunity for an Executive Assistant or Private PA with strong exposure to private jet bookings, luxury travel and high-touch client support, who is ready to step into a commercial, relationship-led career within private aviation.
You will be trusted to manage your own portfolio of clients, build long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional white-glove service in a fast-paced, discreet environment. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal move for someone with the right network, confidence and client instincts, even without previous broking experience.
The role will involve:
- Managing private charter enquiries end-to-end
- Sourcing aircraft options and negotiating solutions
- Overseeing operational logistics and seamless delivery
- Building trusted relationships with high-profile clients and partners
This position is particularly well suited to candidates from an EA, Private PA, Family Office, luxury concierge or VIP travel background, with proven experience supporting HNW individuals and coordinating complex travel requirements.
Applicants must bring strong relationship management skills, commercial drive, and an existing professional network within private offices, EA communities, lifestyle management or VIP travel.
Monday to Friday with hybrid flexibility. Out-of-hours support is required due to the nature of private aviation, however the business operates a high-trust, flexible culture and ensures time back where needed.
