Executive Assistant to CEO – Luxury goods- £50,000–£60,000 + discretionary bonus

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing luxury goods business based in stunning offices by Green Park.
You’ll be supporting a dynamic, high-energy Founder & CEO, a true entrepreneur who’s constantly on the move across both his business and personal life. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay organised and grow as the business expands globally.
Key responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management, scheduling and travel coordination
- Booking flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Full personal support to CEO- restaurant bookings, gift buying, booking holidays and running errands
- Overseeing the stunning and luxury events space
- Providing event support alongside the Events Manager from intimate client tastings to larger in-house gatherings
The ideal candidate:
- You’ll haveexperience as an Executive Assistant, with a natural 5 star service mindset and a calm, proactive approach.
- Highly organised, polished and personable, you’ll thrive in a busy, sociable environment and enjoy being part of a hardworking and collaborative team.
