A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading Private Equity firm within their Client Services/ Investor relations team. This is a fast-paced, dynamic, and globally focused organisation. You’ll be joining a collaborative and ambitious team, providing proactive support to Executives based in London and Singapore. The ideal Executive Assistant will thrive in an international environment, managing complex travel and scheduling across multiple time zones, and building strong, virtual relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to senior Executives across Client Services.
- Manage international travel, including complex itineraries and private flight arrangements.
- Act as a liaison across multiple time zones, particularly with APAC-based stakeholders.
- Support internal and external event planning and execution.
- Maintain exceptional levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Candidate Profile:
- Solid experience in high-performing EA roles in Investor Relations or Private Equity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships virtually.
- Proactive, resilient and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities.
