We are seeking a highly experienced and resilient Executive Assistant to support a Partner at a leading private equity firm. This is a high priority role, requiring an Executive Assistant with strategic insight, outstanding professionalism, and a strong gatekeeping ability. The ideal candidate will be an incredibly professional Executive Assistant who can provide high-level support and navigate an intense, fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Acting as a true right-hand assistant to a driven, motivated, and demanding yet approachable Partner.
- Extensive diary management with back-to-back scheduling and high-level coordination.
- Inbox management, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports and proposals (PowerPoint).
- Providing strategic support and acting as an ambassador for the Partner.
- Managing multi-stop travel arrangements (though travel is limited) with occasional weekend/out-of-hours support when required.
- Working closely with the Partner, understanding the demands of deal cycles and adapting accordingly.
The Ideal Executive Assistant:
- Senior-level Executive Assistant with experience in private equity or financial services.
- Resilient, highly committed, and capable of handling the intensity of deal times.
- A calm, composed, and discreet professional with tact and diplomacy in high-pressure situations.
