A newly created Executive Assistant role to provide support to four Directors within this leading, global private equity firm. We are looking for a proactive, emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant with a minimum of five years’ experience gained within the private equity industry – someone confident operating with discretion and efficiency in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive EA team that takes pride in excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex, multi-time-zone diary coordination and scheduling
- Organise frequent complex domestic and international travel arrangements
- Process expenses and support with document and presentation preparation
- Handle confidential materials, including business critical documents and agreements
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in private equity
- Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills
- High level of emotional intelligence, professional judgement, and discretion
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage competing demands and expectations
- Salary £50-60k
