Business Assistant, highly involved role, global liaison with business leaders, government officials and HNW.
We are looking for a commercially astute, analytical, and experienced Business Assistant to support an internationally based Chairman (with a broad ever-expanding range of business interests). Based from Mayfair offices, with the opportunity to work from home each week, you will also be required to travel internationally (sometimes at short notice) to facilitate, attend and minute meetings. Liaising with a broad range of business leaders, including government officials and HNW with shared business interests, it is vital you understand cultural nuances and have operated at the highest level within an organisation / family office. Privvy to business critical and highly sensitive information, you need to operate at speed and to the highest levels of accuracy, diplomacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
Must have excellent written / spoken English, additional European languages beneficial.
At least five yearsβ experience working at the most senior level in a business / commercially focused role. This is an exceptional, career defining opportunity which is fast paced, demanding, involved and rewarding.
