We are working with a high-performing Private Equity firm seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide senior-level support in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. This is a fully remote role, suited to an EA with Private Equity experience.
The role will involve:
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Extensive global travel coordination
- Full expense management
- Inbox management
- Day-to-day senior stakeholder liaison
The EA will play a key role in supporting live deal activity and managing constantly shifting priorities with confidence and discretion.
The successful candidate will have prior experience within Private Equity, supporting senior investment professionals at Partner and Managing Director level. A strong understanding of deal cycles, pace, and the expectations of an investment environment is essential.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working with minimal supervision, is confident operating independently without being physically embedded in an office environment, and able to adapt to new teams, styles, and priorities. The ability to work calmly and effectively without day-to-day in-person support is key.
You will be highly competent using all tools commonly found in a Private Equity environment, including Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Slack, and relevant travel and expense platforms. This is a senior, high-trust EA role for someone who enjoys operating at a high level in an ever-changing investment environment, without the requirement to be office-based.
