This global financial services firm are keen to hire an agile, robust, and highly organised Executive Assistant with proven C-Suite experience within financial services. This will be a highly organisational role working alongside and with an established support team.
Ambassadorial, visible and with global liaison (on an internal and external level), they are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who takes pride in planning, time management, prioritisation, and communication.
Responsible for providing high level global diary and meeting management, scheduling across time zones, international travel schedules, visas, and expenses, you will be at the heart of the business in this highly visible role.
You must be able to work in a high performing, fast paced and ever-changing organisational role and be comfortable working in both a proactive and reactive way. Previous experience within investment banking, private equity or global consultancy required.
With some out of hours work required on occasion, you will be working within a tight knit support team who are hands on and willing to support the wider office when required. Your contribution and commitment will be handsomely rewarded.
