An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join a leading global hedge fund, supporting two Partners within a high-performing investment team.
Working alongside an established team of Executive Assistants, you'll provide seamless support in a fast-paced environment where professionalism, discretion and exceptional organisation are key.
Responsibilities include:
Extensive international travel and itinerary management.
High-volume meeting, conference and corporate access coordination.
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with Executive Assistants across global offices.
Supporting wider team projects and onboarding.
We're looking for someone with:
Executive Assistant or Team Assistant experience within a hedge fund, investment management, private equity or another fast-paced financial services environment.
Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
Experience coordinating complex international travel.
A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail.
An interest and knowledge in AI and technology to enhance productivity.
