Overview
Leading European Private Equity firm seeks an experienced PA/Team Assistant to support two Directors and their teams. This exciting role offers broad project exposure, close interaction with senior leaders, and a dynamic, supportive environment.
Supporting the Marketing and Responsible Investment Teams, you’ll manage busy schedules, coordinate travel, support events, and assist with varied administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident multitasker with strong diary management skills, outstanding attention to detail and experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments (ideally Private Equity or similar).
Core responsibilities
- High volume international diary and travel management (multi-time zone).
- Meeting, event, and expenses coordination
- Document preparation, internal comms, and note taking
- Supporting social media posts and newsletters
- Recruitment support, data collection, and research
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 year’s relevant PA/Team Assistant experience in Private Equity, Financial Services or Professional Services
- Flexible and resilient – MUST be able to cope with volume, complexity, pace, and pressure
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Proactive, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP Concur
- £45–£52k perm salary plus bonus
