Executive Assistant to CEO – Investment Advisory Firm. Farringdon. To start ASAP.

Temp to Perm. £60- £80k (DOE) plus bonus. Super inspiring CEO and high performing team.

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO of a boutique investment firm. This is a brilliant opportunity to provide both business and personal support to a dynamic, approachable CEO.

This role is multi-faceted and will evolve as the business expands, combining office management with high-level Executive Assistance. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoy variety and responsibility, and want a role where your contribution has real impact, this could be the perfect next step.

A trusted right hand to the CEO, responsible for seamless diary and travel management, personal and office logistics, hands-on problem solving, and ensuring technology, systems, and operations run smoothly at all times, with French and/or Spanish language skills considered a strong advantage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting a high-performing Founder/CEO in a boutique investment firm, start-up, or UHNW environment
  • Highly organised, service-driven, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential matters
  • Calm, resilient, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced setting
  • Confident with technology and troubleshooting day-to-day operational issues
  • Proactive communicator with exceptional attention to detail
  • French and/or Spanish language skills highly desirable
  • £60,000 – £80,000 permanent salary (DOE) plus bonus
  • 25 days holiday
