Executive Assistant- Global Private Equity firm- City of London. £50-55k plus bonus. 2-3 days WFH per week. Generous bonus. Low turnover and long term EA opportunities. A leading private equity firm is seeking a proactive and collaborative junior Executive Assistant to support a high-performing team within its investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and tight-knit group of Executive Assistants who work closely together and value partnership, initiative, and autonomy. This Executive Assistant role will primarily support a Principal and three Senior Executives, with additional reactive support to junior team members. The role has become available due to a team reshuffle, offering a rare opportunity to join a successful and stable organisation known for internal development and long-term career growth. Candidate Profile: Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial or professional services. Confident, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders. A strong communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
