We are recruiting for an incredibly impressive, top-tier Private Equity firm who are seeking a standout and high performing Executive Assistant with solid Investor Relations experience, to support a Partner and small team. This is a fast-paced, high-exposure role with significant interaction across global investors and senior stakeholders.
The position will involve:
- Complex diary management
- Extensive international travel coordination
- Ongoing investor liaison
You will also play a key role in supporting Investor Relations activity, including:
- AGM planning and coordination
- Investor communications
- Preparation for key stakeholder meetings and events
We are looking for a highly polished and confident Executive Assistant with proven experience within Private Equity or financial services. Candidates must have prior Investor Relations experience, including proven experience organising AGMs and supporting investor-related activity.
