We are recruiting for an incredibly impressive, top-tier Private Equity firm who are seeking a standout and high performing Executive Assistant with solid Investor Relations experience, to support a Partner and small team. This is a fast-paced, high-exposure role with significant interaction across global investors and senior stakeholders.
The position will involve complex diary management, extensive international travel coordination and ongoing investor liaison. You will also play a key role in supporting Investor Relations activity, including AGM planning and coordination, investor communications and preparation for key stakeholder meetings and events.
We are looking for a highly polished and confident Executive Assistant with proven experience within Private Equity or financial services. Candidates must have prior Investor Relations experience, including proven experience organising AGMs and supporting investor-related activity.
