An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and intuitive Executive Assistant to support a Partner, MD and Associate, within a leading private equity firm. Based in beautifully designed offices in the West End, this role sits at the heart of a high-performing investment team. We are looking for a proactive, emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant who can operate with discretion and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive EA team that takes pride in excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex, fast-paced diary management
- Coordinating detailed domestic and international travel itineraries
- Inbox support and professional correspondence
- Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including portfolio companies
- Preparing materials for board meetings, VC interactions, and team calls
- Managing expenses and maintaining contact databases
- Actively participating in team meetings and wider office initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally in Private Equity, Asset Management or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- A high level of emotional intelligence, professional judgement, and discretion
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Graduate-calibre with a polished, warm and discreet communication style
