EA to CEO in City of London

EA to CEO & Board. City of London. £60,000–£70,000. 2 days WFH. Bonus and Benefits.

An outstanding opportunity to join a growing, private equity-backed business in a newly created EA role, supporting the CEO and a newly formed Board.

Joining at a pivotal stage of growth and change, you will help establish effective ways of working and provide trusted support to the leadership team. This varied role suits an adaptable, hands‑on EA who enjoys building structure within an evolving business.

Responsibilities include:

• Complex diary and meeting coordination across multiple time zones.
• International travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
• Board meeting support and handling highly confidential information.
• Liaison with investors, private equity stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Oversight of the smooth running of the office and employee experience. Initial recruitment and onboarding assistance while the HR team develops.

Experience required-

• Previous EA experience supporting at Board level, ideally within a scaling business undergoing change.
• Exceptional organisation, judgement, and discretion.
• A proactive, flexible approach, anticipating needs and adapting as priorities shift.
• Strong communication and IT skills, with the confidence to represent senior leadership.
• A practical, collaborative attitude and willingness to take ownership across a broad remit.
