Boutique professional services consultancy is seeking an experienced EA/Operations Assistant to join on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract starting mid-April.
- EA support to CEO and Partners across offices, including complex diary and inbox management
- International travel coordination
- Oversight of office management (supplies, facilities, presentation, printing/binding)
- Liaising with external stakeholders including facilities, IT and suppliers
- CRM, Marketing and Project support
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ EA/Team Assistant/Operations experience, ideally within professional services
- Strong academic background (Bachelor’s degree preferred; solid A-Levels in Business or English essential)
- Experience using Dext and/or Salesforce advantageous
Salary: Up to £55,000 (some flexibility DOE) + discretionary bonus
Working Conditions: Hybrid working with fully remote in August
