This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing ecommerce brands at an exciting stage of continued growth. The business has built a huge customer base across the UK, with millions of customers discovering its clever, problem-solving products every year. It has been recognised as one of the UK’s fastest-growing companies and continues to scale at pace.

This is a newly created role within the acquisition team, designed to support the next stage of growth across Google advertising. You’ll be responsible for planning, building, testing and optimising Google campaigns that capture demand, convert traffic and support wider acquisition activity across the business.

If you’re a hands-on PPC specialist who enjoys campaign build, performance analysis, testing and optimisation, this could be a great next step.

The Role

As PPC Manager, you’ll take ownership of Google campaign activity across the full funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness through to middle and bottom-of-funnel conversion campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Head of Acquisition to ensure Google activity aligns with wider acquisition campaigns, helping to capture warm and cold traffic, increase conversion rates and improve overall campaign efficiency. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the Google Ads platform, enjoys working with data and can turn insights into action.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and implementing top, middle and bottom-of-funnel Google campaigns.
  • Building campaigns designed to capture and convert both warm and cold traffic.
  • Creating YouTube Shorts conversion campaigns.
  • Working closely with the Head of Acquisition to align PPC activity with wider acquisition campaigns.
  • Supporting the capture of middle and bottom-of-funnel traffic to improve overall conversion rates.
  • Analysing trends and seasonal search volumes using Google Trends to inform paid search strategy.
  • Creating a structured testing schedule across Google campaigns.
  • Testing and optimising key campaign variables to build a sustainable, high-performing strategy.
  • Tracking campaign metrics daily and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Optimising campaigns to maximise efficiency, conversions and return on spend.
  • Reporting performance clearly and concisely to senior members of the acquisition team.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience working across different Google campaign types.
  • Previous experience managing conversion-led PPC campaigns within e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of paid search, campaign structure, testing and optimisation.
  • Confidence using data to guide campaign decisions.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to report campaign performance clearly and concisely.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work semi-autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset.
