You’ll be joining a high performing acquisition team and working on one of the largest Meta accounts in UK ecommerce. This is a hands on role for someone who loves building campaigns, testing creative, analysing performance and finding ways to improve conversion across paid social and paid media channels. The Role As Senior acquisition Executive, you’ll support the delivery of high-performing acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google, with a strong initial focus on Meta. You’ll work closely with experienced paid social and acquisition specialists to build, optimise and report on conversion-led campaigns across a wide range of products. This role would suit someone who is confident inside Meta Ads Manager, understands e-commerce performance metrics and enjoys being hands-on with campaign setup, testing and optimisation. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be responsible for: Building seasonal and evergreen conversion campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok. Supporting the delivery of paid social campaigns across a wide range of e-commerce products. Reporting on campaign, audience and advert performance. Providing clear insights to senior members of the acquisition team. Supporting ongoing A/B testing across campaigns, audiences and creative. Helping to create and refine new audiences across paid media platforms. Supporting research, targeting, setup and optimisation across paid channels. Spotting opportunities to improve CPA, ROAS and overall campaign efficiency. Working closely with the wider acquisition team to drive continuous performance improvements. What We’re Looking For You’ll be a strong fit for this role if you have: Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager. Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads. A good understanding of paid social and paid media campaign setup. Experience reporting on e-commerce performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS and conversion performance. Confidence using Excel to organise, analyse and report on data. A good understanding of best practice across Meta, TikTok and Google. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. The ability to communicate campaign performance clearly and confidently. A proactive approach and the ability to work semi-autonomously. A test-and-learn mindset with a genuine interest in performance marketing. Why Join?
