We’re Hiring: Senior Carer
Location: Victoria House Care Home, Ryde
Hours: Full-time / Days / 7am-7pm shifts.

About the Role:
- Lead by example and support the care team on shift
- Ensure residents receive safe, person-centred, high-quality care
- Oversee medication, and complete daily handovers
- Support, mentor, and guide junior staff
- Work closely with management, families, and professionals
- Help maintain high standards in line with CQC and company values
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience in a Senior Carer or experienced Care Assistant role
- Is confident with medication, documentation, and leading shifts
- Is kind, calm, organised, and reliable
- Cares deeply about dignity, respect, and quality of life
- Can stay cool under pressure and make good decisions
- Has (or is willing to work towards) NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
