Victoria House, Ryde, is seeking an Evening Care Assistant for 16–20 hours per week with four-hour shifts from 5.30pm to 9.30pm. You will assist residents with evening care, bedtime routines, supper and drinks, and responsive call-bell support, ensuring dignity and comfort throughout the night.
You will work closely with day and night teams to maintain continuity of care, document activities, and support residents’ individual routines with empathy and patience.
