Victoria House is an independent 20 bed residential care home loacted in Ryde.

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high quality care and support to individuals within our care setting, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal care
  • Supporting our residents with mobility and daily living activities
  • Assisting residents over meal times, ensuring nutritional needs are met
  • Promoting residents dignity, privacy, choice, and wellbeing at all times
  • Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
