We are looking for motivated and dedicated students with a real enthusiasm to work within the Logistics Department. The Logistics Intern will support the Logistics team across all categories of the Victoria Beckham brand, assisting in the importing and exporting of goods across all departments and seasons.

Job Description: The Logistics Placement Student will support the Logistics department in importing and exporting goods.

  • Check stock availability against customer orders
  • Support the logistical product flow for seasonal fashion shows, events and special projects
  • Return material authorisation (RMA) and wholesale customer returns processing
  • Wholesale swap / re-order / order processing
  • Wholesale stock data handling
  • Communication between Warehouse/Logistics/Client/Freight forwarder
  • Update customers on order progress
  • Ad hoc duties as requested

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and team working skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Preferably someone who is studying a logistics or administration focused course
