Placement: 12-month placement, with the anticipated start date of September 2026.
The candidate will assist the Product Development team across all product categories, including Trims, from initial developments and prototypes through to final sign off of the collection.
Job Description
Working between Product and Trim Development, this role primarily supports the Head of Collection and the Senior Product Development Manager along with all members of the PD Team.
Product Development
- Work with the RTW Atelier in the organisation or building Raw Material dockets to send to factories, as well as collating the relevant patterns.
- Organise shipments and couriers to and from factories.
- Anticipate technical problems, have a good knowledge of impacts for production and implement corrective action plans to find solutions.
- Assist in collating the Technical Sheets from the Garment Tech Team to be input into the PLM system.
- Launch Dry Clean tests, based on feedback from Quality Meetings.
- Assist the Product Developers in all development across various categories (Leather, Denim, Woven + any relevant processes such as pleating or washing).
- Assist the Development team in colouring up the sketches for the product overviews.
- Assist with packing the collection for showrooms, showroom events and photoshoots.
- Assist in measuring prototypes and SMS.
- Assist with raising purchase orders for sampling and yarns.
Trim Development
- Set up “Internals” sheets to colour match trims to self fabrics, ahead of Finishes Meetings, including swatching the sheets where necessary.
- Ensure that the Atelier is sufficiently stocked with internals and trims, keeping the Trim Developer up to date.
- Organise shipments and couriers to and from mills and suppliers.
General Requirements

- Comfortable with computer systems and Excel.

- Ready to hit the ground with manual and administrative tasks such as cutting fabrics, DHL preparation, and collection work.
- Confident in using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator – essential skills.
