We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware E-commerce Co-Ordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our digital trading and on-site experience. Working closely with E-commerce, Digital, Creative, and Analytics teams, you will play a key role in delivering seamless collection launches, maintaining product accuracy, and ensuring best-in-class visual merchandising across our Shopify platform. Key Responsibilities
- Content & Launch Planning
- Manage and maintain the digital content calendar, supporting collection launches and key trading moments.
- Coordinate creative assets across launches, ensuring timely delivery and on-site readiness.
- Support planning and execution of homepage, PLP (Product Listing Page), and landing page updates.
- Product Lifecycle & Data Management
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle management within Shopify in partnership with the Ecommerce Assistant.
- Upload and maintain product imagery, attributes, and enrichment (filters, swatches, shop-the-look features).
- Ensure product readiness ahead of launches, aligned with stock availability and trading priorities.
- Visual Merchandising & On-Site Experience
- Support visual collection launches across homepage, PLPs, and landing pages.
- Build visual themes, mood boards, and creative layouts aligned to brand guidelines.
- Conduct daily on-site checks to ensure products are live, cross-sells are functioning, and visual merchandising is accurate.
- Content, Media & Innovation
- Manage AI-generated product descriptions, meta fields, and translated content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Upload and manage video content across PDPs, Bambuser, and live shopping experiences.
- Support experimentation and A/B testing across content and merchandising initiatives.
- Trading, Stock & Performance Support
- Support stock readiness and inventory management within Shopify.
- Track stock levels and proactively flag risks impacting launches or trading performance.
- Assist with trading updates and merchandising decisions informed by analytics insights.
- Optimization & Competitive Monitoring
- Support ongoing e-commerce optimisation across navigation, search, merchandising, promotions, and content.
- Conduct weekly competitor monitoring across key fashion e-commerce peers (e.g., Toteme, Me+Em, Soeur, Dagmar).
- Contribute to regional trading localisation through tailored homepage and visual merchandising updates.
- Collaboration & Ways of Working
- Work closely with E-commerce, Digital, Creative, and Analytics teams to deliver best-in-class on-site execution.
- Support regional VM strategies using competitor benchmarking and performance insights.
Experience & Skills Required
- 2+ years’ experience in fashion retail, e-commerce, or a similar digital-focused role.
- Experience working with Shopify or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Understanding of digital merchandising principles and customer journey optimisation.
- Comfortable working with data and analytics to inform trading decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Commercially aware with a passion for fashion and digital innovation.
