The Creative Production Intern will be a key supporting role for the production team.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide support to the Production Manager and Head of Content and Production on all shoots, including still life, lookbook, campaign, and ecommerce, including ordering equipment, travel logistics for the team and for equipment/samples, creating callsheets and sending and collating confidentiality agreements.
- Take responsibility for collating all samples for each shoot and liaising with the Press and Design teams to ensure all samples required are available for the shoot dates.
- Create decks for casting, photographer, and styling options.
- Create shot lists for each shoot.
- Ensure admin is all accurate and up to date.
- Processing invoices and raising purchase orders.
- Ensure all content is in correct format before distributing it to the creative teams.
- Contribute suggestions for potential talent (photographers, stylist, etc.) to work with for upcoming projects.
- Assisting with creative research and finding references.
- Provide support to other teams within Brand Communications, such as Press, Marketing, Social Media, where necessary.
