We’re seeking an IT Support Analyst who can join us on this journey, using his or her technological skills to make us more efficient. In this role, you will provide hardware and software assistance and 1st line IT support to our users and provide training. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations, and an ongoing impact on our overall support and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide 1st line IT Support to all employees across multiple company sites.
  • Solving Support Tickets.
  • Resolving Printer and Connectivity issues.
  • Cable patching, cable management etc.
  • Maintaining cabling and keeping Server Rooms tidy.
  • To support other IT staff members to ensure all IT documentation is up to date.
  • Managing spare parts and consumables.
  • Resolving business systems issues.
  • Working on Project deliverables.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven helpdesk experience.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in Printers, Networking, Switches, Wi-Fi.
  • Excellent Skills in Mac OS, iOS, Windows Platforms, Microsoft Office for Mac.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload.

Desired but not essential:

  • Adobe Creative Software.
  • Office 365.
  • JAMF Mobile Device Management.
  • Windows Server Environment.
  • Google Enterprise Management.
  • Networking Infrastructure - Cisco.
