Placement: 12-month placement with anticipated start date of September 2025
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated student with a real enthusiasm to work within the Finance Department. The Finance Intern is responsible for assisting the team with invoice processing, expenses processing and reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed promptly and allocated to the relevant PO. Chase any invoices which are outstanding.
- Assist with payment processing.
- Assist with trade creditors analysis and reconciliations.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Comfortable with IT systems.
- Organised, efficient, self-sufficient person with good interpersonal skills and can-do attitude.
- Demonstrate an interest in improving and developing systems and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines and targets.
- Good team player.
Desirable: wanting to undertake exams e.g. AAT, ACCA, CIMA in the future.
