Finance Intern

Victoria Beckham Ltd offers a selection of work placement opportunities for those

currently studying at university and looking to gain experience in Finance. The placements we offer provide a varied and tangible learning experience that can be applied to roles in the future and support the university learning experience.

Location: Hammersmith, London

Placement: 12-month placement with anticipated start date of September 2025

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated student with a real enthusiasm to work

within the Finance Department. The Finance Intern is responsible for assisting the team with invoice processing, expenses processing and reconciliations

Responsibilities:

• Transactional: Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed promptly and allocated to the relevant PO. Chase any invoices which are outstanding
• Credit cards and expense handling
• Assist with payment processing
• Assist with trade creditors analysis and reconciliations

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Comfortable with IT systems
• Organised, efficient, self-sufficient person with good interpersonal skills and can-do attitude
• Demonstrate an interest in improving and developing systems and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to prioritize and meet deadlines and targets
• Good team player
• Desirable: wanting to undertake exams eg AAT,ACCA,CIMA in the future
